Name: Josselyn
Birthplace: Unknown
Race: Desert Elf
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Affiliation: Neutral
Personality: Despite her age, and the fact Clarisse was the only person she's ever interacted, Josselyn is naive to the world and has that awkward aura surrounding her once approached. She may seem clueless half the time, but her perception is strong. Half the time, she appears apathetic through her silence, but with her actions, it speaks louder than what she normally expresses. However, if traumatic events occurs, Josselyn becomes a lost lamb, and loses control of herself, increasing the chance of the curse being unleashed.
Physical Description: Standing at 180cm, Josselyn's locks of blue-gray fall to her hips. The lightness of her eyes can easily be mistaken that she is blind, and a bit of an airhead from the way she wobbles around each time she takes a step forward. She occasionally drapes herself around Clarisse's home sewn cape. Although she is taller than average, she appears harmless and fragile, weighing less than 65kg which is effected her diet.
History: The Saracen Desert, the only continent Josselyn’s ever known. For as long as she’s remembered, her home resided just outside of Port Talon, where her childhood memories remained on her human mother, Clarisse. It was never unsure as to where her real parents disappeared to, or why she was left in such a weary town. Due to the fact that the town had no leader, the people involved themselves into all sorts of mess; gang fights, robbery and even prostitution. The living state was incredibly harsh for the little elf. People discriminated one another, and since Port Talon resided mainly orcs and humans, Josselyn would have stood out in the crowd. To protect her from any harm, she would wear a headband to cover up her ears and have locks of her hair around her face messily.
To survive in a place where the rich and strongest lived the life they wanted, Clarisse resorted to public story telling as her way of money making, where Josselyn stayed by her only parent. Listening to the stories of the outside world always intrigued the child, and the knowledge of creatures like her strived a spark inside her. The will to live a better life with Clarisse and people who shared similar background as her, where there was no such thing as pain was a dream still far from her grasp. As a long mother, she supported her daughter, and worked harder to make their goal a reality. One thing that created such a large distance from this ambition was to ensure that Josselyn's identity was never discovered. This meant that Clarisse's shouldered her career alone, and to make up for that, Josselyn was in charge of taking care of their home, consisting cooking, sewing and other housework.
It wasn't long till Josselyn has reached an age where she was ready to leave Port Talon and not to mention, the small family of two have saved enough money. Life for the past few years was too peaceful, until all hell broke loose. That was the day that Josselyn's abilities unleashed and discovered. As Clarisse's old age began to weaken her form, she could only watch her only daughter almost suffocate the life of ruffians with the curse she's embedded. It was something that the two never wanted to remember.
Almost gaining her title as a murderer, Clarisse insisted on her only child to leave this town without her, to find who she really was. Josselyn obliged to those wishes, however, she had something else in mind, and that was to bring her beloved mother out of the town they once called home.
