These are all concepts, give feedback on what should be changed, names, conceptions of roles, etc.
Mecir: Coordinator in the shady underbellies of cities, has some kind of power dealing with portals which allows him to smuggle goods and criminals easily. Not necessarily evil just deals out crime and gets a large profit out of it. Chaotic.
Quintus ; Consumed by the ents' magic, this shadow of a man has become plant-like, and his mind warped by the ents to now protect the forests, his only goal. He is sentient, but has no recollection of his past life and only lives to serve the ents now. Neutral.
Sectin, controls insects and namely rhinoceros beetles to do her bidding, draws her power from the crystal in between her horns, rules over the insects of the perpetually dark forests/jungles and empowers them with magic to ward off intruders. Hates arachnids. Neutral, but territorial.
Adzranmil, once a mighty warrior he was cursed by the lizardmen after he massacred an entire village, and upon taking this vile form, turned against humans who he deemed too weak to pass his side of the river. Chaotic.
Arksuldos, a mercenary who fights for any party willing to pay enough gold, is a veteran and very skilled in combat, everything else is somewhat lackluster and somewhat comical. Despite his looks, he is very friendly after being aquainted with.
Crier, apprentice of Rhutra. Ran away from home crying after years of harsh living conditions with no way to advance himself, probably lived in Brunwall as a peasant. Days later, happened to stumble upon Rhutra in the wilderness and the man agreed to train him after hearing how humanity had betrayed him as well. Doesn't talk much except to Rhutra. Slightly hostile to everyone except Rhutra.
Rhutra, a legendary warrior now only known in tales, the once hero was banished off after accidentally giving a minor insult to a noble. Spent the rest of his days isolated in the wildlands until a boy named Crier became his apprentice. Slightly hostile to everyone except Crier.
Forilliar, spirits that embody nature, their blood is rumored to cure any ailment, by day, they look like any other buck with the exception of moss on their antlers. They are very intelligent and for many centuries, druids have communicated to them for blessings, etc. Good.
Bogtuns, large living masses of wood, moss, vines, you name it. These creatures sprout to life after various flora jumble together, or trees begin to weave their branches together, and their life forces mingle, creating a hive mind of biomass, nobody knows how to end one, but they are not usually minded as most are content bathing in the sunlight of swamps rather than fighting off intruders, there has been a story of a human once sleeping on a small lump of land and waking up to find himself miles away from where he had fallen asleep, on the back of a Bogtun. Neutral.
Tesorf: The oldest living druid, his feats are known as assembling armies of Bogtuns and wildlife to fend off a small army from invading a village, winning the battle without any loss of life on his own side due to his healing ability. Nowadays he lives in legend, some still search for him and his healing prowess, rumors have risen that people have seen a cloaked man with horns, and a small train of fauna following behind him in perfect harmony. Neutral to 'Good'
Santromds, a remnant of an ancient civilization in the Saracen desert, this figure of sand was once a young goblin who became isolated from his own caravan, seeking shelter at a long lost temple. When he went inside to the final chamber, he did not notice the magic circle below him and he Ascended, becoming the embodiment of the desert, he heard a voice in his head, a voice called Azir, that guided him in his new role to bring back the old civilization, in return for becoming Azir's servant, the goblin would get his body back and live for eternity and Azir would be resurrected. Mostly neutral, just wants his body back.
Monohime, a druid-like witch that lives in Northern Tordek. She is told among stories of her bravery and kindness to people after her parents had forsaken her to the elements as a child. She was raised by wolves, but understands human speech, although she doesn't know how to speak and can only make out a few words. Legends say that she was not eaten by the canines for having no ill intention in her heart, and since her sightings and visits to small villages, wolves have been hunted less and seemed to be less hostile to humans, some villages even going as far to feed them and adopting the most meek of wolves when packs rejected them. Good.
Ivan, Richier's worst enemy. A noble that enjoys to flaunt as much as Richier does, perhaps more and always tries to one-up the man. One could say that it was all that Ivan lived for, making others seem inferior to himself. But, he does not care about peasant affairs as most of his wealth accumulated from his parent's trading empire rather than being inherited from generation to generation and taxes. Therefore, he is not attracted to nor opposed to peasant's cries. Most of his time is spent trying to figure out how to outclass Richier and make him look like a piece of shit. Ivan is supportive of adventurers, as more travelers means safer trade-routes for his empire to have, he even pays adventurers a small sum to travel on his roads when he hears that there are criminals, but he doesn't tell. Neutral.
The Boggarts, evil creatures that want to spread corruption to the inner sanctums of forests, they live off the loss of life and are considered the bearer of death and their sighting is often an ill omen. They are said to be as old as time and tempt children to run off with them into the forests that they seek to corrupt, changing them to one of their own. They are also known to make deals with adults, doing certain acts against divinity and purity in promises of treasure and a dark soul. Forilliars have made it their life goal to fight off these monsters, as the two are locked in an eternal yin and yang of conflict. Nobody knows how to kill these beings, but they are intangible, nobody can harm them and they cannot harm anyone directly. A trait of Boggarts is life dying under their feet when they walk, making long trails of deaths into forests which grows and grows unless a Forilliar stops them. Chaotic/evil.
