Trials of Worth
Blessing of Aquila
Across all of Charlemagne, rumors have been spread of a mysterious artifact discovered by the disciples of the goddess Aquila.
These rumors, in fact, were started by the Temple's clergy itself.
Posters were hung all over the continent, in both Belvedere and Brunwall. Attempts had even been made to reach the Saracen Desert's sole settlement, Port Talon.
The posters described an artifact of unquestionable divinity. Something that could prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that the gods were truly present and that all of Charlemagne could seek redemption.
Each town on the continent of Charlemagne has seen the flyers posted on the job and bulletin boards for viewing.
Outside of each town, officials of the Church serve sermons, speeches, and tokens of their esteem to each and every person who will listen.
They each present undeniable evidence that the artifact is of divine origin.
They speak of their temple, and of the goddess, with fervor.
For who among the masses would not wish the salvation of mankind.
Who among them would not wish ascension and to live among the heavens?
News of this mystical artifact of the Gods has brought the attention of all kinds.
Travelers, peasants, commonfolk, and nobility alike, each for their own reasons.
Needless to say, not all of them are present for the proof of Divinity above them.
The current date for this event is set for Saturday, July 11th.

Father Auden has already begun to gather a group of curious Brunwall natives to venture south to the Temple and seek the blessings of Aquila. His caravan parked outside, and his onlookers preparing for the pilgrimage, the good father has warned all in attendance that only the most faithful could achieve Aquila's blessing and make it to the temple. He has promised to lead them all through the Trials of Worth, in which they would prove their strength of spirit and worthiness in the goddess' eyes. Along with the various peasantry, commonfolk, and nobility, some notable adventurers have joined the trek.
The voyage is beginning. The disciples positioned in other towns will be making their way to the same locations for their trials.
Those currently in attendance are as follows.
